Using our 12-years of EMF research, product testing, and personal experiences as EMF sensitives: These are our recommendations.

Cell phones, Wi-Fi, electronic, and electrical devices all create electromagnetic fields (EMF). The energies they produce are as toxic to the human body as the most harmful chemicals produced, the presence of EMF should not be under estimated. They are cumulative, just like X-ray emissions, and over time the immune system will be overwhelmed, falter, and more people will become EMF sensitive. Do the recommendations with the environments you can control and you will do better than those who ignore these hazards.

1. Utilize a personal wearable Body/Bio DOT and Smart DOTs  to cover yourself and your cell phone. The first priorities are to make your body stronger and cover your phone. Our bodies and their immune systems are under such an assault, it is necessary to bring it back into balance to keep us healthy.

2. Smart DOT every device with a Wi-Fi connection (smartphones, computers, tablets, baby monitors, utility smart meters, Wi-Fi routers and boosters). We always recommend reducing as much Wi-Fi exposure as possible by going back to hard-wired units. If that is not practical, use Smart DOTs on all wireless devices.

3. Make your living and work environments are as safe as possible.
Add SpaceDOTs for additional coverage.
Reduce EMF and electrical exposures wherever as possible.

4. Use grounding sleep pads and computer mat products to help your body repair and recuperate from the EMF assault it endures daily. We normally stock ground products, however the supplier we have used in the past has changed their product line and it no longer meets our stringent specifications so we are currently seeking a new supplier.

5. Make lifestyle changes that will keep you healthy.
